The use of and access to the OCP Nutricrops S.A. institutional website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) denotes full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of access and use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use/ Terms”) by the internet user (hereinafter referred to as the “User/s” or “you”).
These Terms apply to the access and use of all content, materials, services, software, tools, programmatic computer code, and information (“Information”) available on www.tspkipaathshala.in, or other websites or sub-domains that OCP Nutricrops S.A. and/or any of its subsidiary or affiliate entities (individually and collectively, “OCP Nutricrops” “we”, “us” or “our”) operates or controls (individually, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”) that include a direct link to www.tspkipaathshala.in and/or these Terms. By accessing or using the Site and/or Information accessible therein (the Sites together with such Information are collectively “Content”), you agree, on behalf of yourself and the institution, organization or company for which you are accessing or using the Sites, to be legally bound by these Terms. As such, it is important to read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with or do not agree to be bound by these Terms, immediately stop using and do not access the Content.
Updates
OCP Nutricrops S.A. reserves the right to modify and update the Site and the Terms of Use at any time. Each modification of the Terms of Use will be subject to a dated and referenced version. The new version can be viewed on the Site. In this case, the last update date indicated on the Site will be changed. Any modification immediately takes effect at the moment of its publication on the Site. If the User continues to use the Site once the publication of modifications has occurred, this entails the acceptance of these modifications. These modifications and updates are binding to the User, who must, therefore, regularly refer to this section to check the current version.

(a) We may, from time to time, add, remove, or alter the functionality of all our features. Our features are evolving and dynamic, and we may add/remove or modify the existing attributes of these features from time to time. We do not give any assurances to the effect that:
(i) the features will be error-free or always available for your use;
(ii) all functionalities of the features will be available at all times; or
(iii) any information posted will be accurate.
(b) You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of Site shall be governed by the following binding principles:

(ix) OCP Nutricrops shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your own or through group/s of people, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services), hacking, pen testing attempts without our prior consent or a mutual legal agreement.
Limitations of Liability
The Information communicated on the Site are provided in good faith for indicative purposes only and without any kind of warranty, and errors and omissions cannot be ruled out and therefore there cannot be any liability of OCP Nutricrops with respect to such errors or omissions. The Site as a whole, as well as the elements composing it, are works of the mind protected by current laws, particularly concerning intellectual property. All data, including texts, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, sounds, images, information, and databases where applicable, appearing on the Site pages are the exclusive property of OCP Nutricrops. Any reproduction, representation, or dissemination, in whole or in part, of the Content as well as any extraction, even partial, of the databases of the Site on any medium or by any means whatsoever is prohibited.
